One thing that pisses me off with linux is that you cant draw html things on top of flash :-. the new flash 10 is suppose to allow you to do that, but the beta still doesnt :-. I dont think there ever going to, I dont know why. (see comment)

if your running ubuntu, you can still download and install packages. In ubuntu, install the flashplugin-nonfree package. You will be able to use flash off of the live cd (it will download the flash). You can actually install ANY package as long as it does … (see comment)
