Actually the law requires all Arizona residents to surrender all non-compliant ammo by Jan 1 2011, so any resident caught with non compliant ammo after that date would suddenly become a criminal. Good point on the shotgun shell. Hard to imagine printing … (see comment)

I guess since the gun grabbers have not yet been able to pass a nationwide ban on Handguns, and are about to loose their 30 year handgun ban in the city of Washington DC after the upcoming Supreme Court ruling, they now want to make ammunition impossible … (see comment)
