Ridiculous Christian Comic on Homosexuality

What do you think of this?

My comment:
(Christian point of view)

I had a discussion about another Chick comic with my dad, who is pretty conservative, and he agrees with me that these comics are probably not the best way to teach children about God. A lot of them focus on hate, which is not what Jesus taught. I'm afraid that side of Christianity that most people see has been misled (in some ways by these comics) into believing that God /hates/ sinners. Jesus taught that we shouldn't hate people for sinning, but that we should love them. God hates sin itself, but will always love everyone, despite people's sins.

Personally, I tolerate gays. I have friends that are gay, and there are tons of gay people in my school. That doesn't mean that I encourage their behavior or think that it's OK in God's eyes, but it does mean that I want to show them God's love even if homosexuality is considered a sin. After all, how can I hate someone for being a sinner when I've sinned all my life too?
