interesting point of note, why does the 4th amendment not apply to the IRS? We as citizens are required by law to turn over all our financial information to the IRS and we have no recourse to object to this "search". So much for being "se … (see comment)

@novenator the problem is the Constitution is a list of what the Federal Government CAN do not a list of what it CANNOT do. Therefor if it does not say in the Constitution that they can they cannot...10th amendment and all that... You have to find a spo … (see comment)

I agree with you completely, but someone needs to tell the Democrats in power. You know the ones who renewed this POS and the ones who think health care is also Constitutional. (see comment)
