@macslut: No. A non-tampered iPhone doesn't have an SSH server installed, and the root account is disabled. This exploit is only possible if you jailbreak the device. Get your facts straight before joining the troll-fest. (see comment)

Jailbreaking is not something "the ordinary iphoner" should be doing. And jailbreaking doesn't actually set the root password, that's Apple's doing. But Apple disables the root account and SSH. When you jailbreak the device, both are activated. … (see comment)
