Yes, there is a lot more to healthy than calories and weight. But if you don't have the weight at least in decent check, everything else is pointless. Once you get that in check, all the other aspects of being healthy start to fall into place. (see comment)

I disagree with the switching to fruit juice. Don't do that. Get one of those 5 calorie crystal light / wyers / generic drink packets of water and use that instead. Most fruit juices are just as bad sugar wise for you as soda. Coke classic, 41 carbs. … (see comment)
