Looks oddly like the bottom 5-6 inches of a tower case sliced off. Not as elegant as the mini, IMO. (see comment)

I would say that rather than giving power to the minority, it prevents the majority from imposing their will on those that don't believe as they do. A great example of how the constitution works. (see comment)
