This is what the Consumer Council does. Apple is breaking the Norwegian Consumer Law, so the CC is telling them to shape up or GTFO. (see comment)

Then again, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, and Holland support the protest as well. I'm not convinced Apple will just give up those markets without thinking twice. (see comment)
