Without defending whether Apple's an "innovator" or not, I'm SURE that MS isn't. GUI? Xerox and Apple had it first, no innovation there. File serving and networking? Nope, Novell had that first. Roaming profiles and/or users having their own space & … (see comment)

At work I used PS/2's, a Sun workstation, and DEC Vax's. At home, I've always had an Apple. It was my oasis where I could do what I needed without having to worry about doing a bunch of support. My bosses have always been perplexed that I worked with W … (see comment)
