No Money for Your Next Raise
Hi everyone! I've been out for a good while now because of my wedding, but I'm finally back. Thanks to everyone who kept me on their list while I was MIA - I greatly appreciate it.
Anyhow, please check out this story that a friend submitted. There's a growing trend of companies scaling back on raises and instead offering "perks" to keep employees who are looking for more compensation. I personally don't think it's a good idea because my wife has gone through it at her job, but it'd be good to hear your take on it.
Thanks,
- Joe
