This is an overflow of info and all "positive" in that. This is not legit. It's a nice PR stunt. I still don't see a need to use Twitter. (see comment)

If this is how "IT" departments operate I'm very depressed. Microsoft has baby-fed you into a black hole of stupid. Administering thousands of machines and updating them (non-OS software) shouldn't be a problem. If it is you're using the wrong p … (see comment)

Most, if not all N-series and E-series can run on 2G GSM in the USA. All the phones lately have had US 3G versions as well. They're trying, but yes, it is a little pathetic seeing how large Nokia is. Another problem is subsidising. AT&T doesn't seem … (see comment)

1. Use parcellite. 2. Pulseaudio helps. 3. AMD did not open source their driver. They gave out hardware specs to the latest versions of their cards, not the old ones. The open source driver is being written from the ground up. nVidia's driver is pretty st … (see comment)

Meh. You can get an even faster solution if you used Linux. Take 64 GB of DDR2/DDR3 memory then use 60 GB of that and make it a RAM drive. 60 GB of gigaBYTE per second bandwidth and NANOsecond latency. Cheaper than the Fusion-io to boot. With higher capa … (see comment)

No, you did not read the page. Theora 1.1 is *ALPHA* code. The digg article refers to Theora 1.0, which is the version most people, such as yourself, are familiar with. A. I didn't say this was good or bad. It was simply a statement. For you to assume ot … (see comment)

skribble, read the page before you embarrass yourself further. What I linked to was *alpha* code benchmarks. Theora 1.1 is not final, not gold, not finished. h.264 cannot improve. Its patented standard is set in stone. (see comment)

Uh... Theora is actively developed. Where did you learn such nonsense? I'm sure you think Linux still "looks like Windows 3.1" too. Theora 1.1 is very close to h.264 quality and size and keeps improving every week. http://web.mit.edu/xiphmont/ … (see comment)

Media is GOP backed? ABC? The same ABC who held a special Obama special on healthcare reform and didn't allow any opposing commercials to run during the time block? Really? This is how blind Obama-ites are folks. It's scary. (see comment)
