Someone pulling in $120K a year is *not* living in a million dollar house in MP. It's impossible; their after-tax take-home pay would be around $6,000 a month. A million dollar mortgage (excluding taxes) would be over $7,000 a month. (see comment)

Amen. I ended up working somewhere other-than-google, get paid more than I would have there, have better benefits (except for the free food) *and* a less stressful, lower-hour job. Google would've been cool to work for 5 years ago. Now, not so much. (see comment)
