Ok, can someone explain why evolution and the idea of a creator are mutually exclusive? Evolution explains how life evolves - which is different than where life originated - which is currently unknown. (see comment)

Uhhm, Occam's razor doesn't really apply to this, but if it did, the simplest explanation which makes the least amount of assumptions is that a creator created us. Any other hypothesis makes at least multiple assumptions and is astronomically complex (no … (see comment)

It helps to adjust your sleeping pattern with darkness so you get the full effect of the melatonin your brain produces, and eventually you should be getting worn out by the time the melatonin kicks in to knock you out good and keep up the pattern. (see comment)
