Fulgurator could be quite nice for spoiling flashy terrorism what tourists are doing in all big cities museums. But since idea is fairly simple, I guess it is quite easy to develope some kind of anti-fulgurator device... :D (see comment)

Okey, but then blog comment spam doesn't make much sense, because most of it gets stucked on blog software spam filter, atleast wordpress is really good with stopping comment spam. Bots are just consuming bandwidth. (see comment)

SPAM problem is not only with email. It same with bbs, blogs, guestbooks etc. etc. When bots discover your site, it can be really tough to get rid of them, basically impossible. (bot) SPAM is ruining everything on internet. (see comment)
