Vista runs decently on 2GB, perfect on 4GB with x64, and even better with 8GB if you use lots of RAM-intensive applications. I run 8GB, but will admit it's a bit overkill. 4GB would have been perfect. (see comment)

However the lack of stable drivers for XP 64-bit make Vista look quite a bit better if you have lots of RAM. I run Vista x64 and it's fast and stable - not sure why people complain so much. Also, it's 4GB of total addressable memory with a 32-bit OS. Thi … (see comment)

It's possible this will grab more attention than an ordinary flash drive - not everyday do you see a random 1 foot cable with a mutilated end shooting out the side of a laptop. Even having not seen this article, it would get my attention. (see comment)
