I contracted through a different company, but I worked with about 30 people from Volt.. None of them were taken from hardware, they were all hired through personal interviews, based on experience and background.. Then again, we weren't at MGS. (see comment)

Testing actual games is a lot more fun than what these guys were doing. The dashboard testers might as well be zombies, but the testers dedicated to games have a bit more job security, and brains. (see comment)
