If you read the spec sheet: http://flogos.net/Flogo%2048%20Spec%20Sheet.pdf (any company that uses file names in their website that have %20 is weak) It says you need an air compressor and a helium tank. Seems like something Mythbusters could easily build … (see comment)

The RED ONE has 4 times the resolution of the Sony CineAlta F23 camera that Cloverfield shot on. The F23 records onto HDCAM SR tape while the RED ONE records onto compact flash or hard drives. The Sony camera can record onto harddrives but it's not as por … (see comment)

Well you could plug one of the 1440 watt ovens into an outlet. Most dorms have 15-Amp circuits (some newer buildings may have 20 Amp) and that would allow for 1440 watts @ 80% load on a 15-Amp circuit. So if you had two circuits in your room.... (see comment)

One nice thing about the HD DVD format is I can burn a HD DVD formated disc on a regular "red laser" DVD-R. I only get 20 minutes. But my clients projects are not usually larger than that... I can't do this with Blu-ray... (see comment)
