Memorial Day oil challenge: Let's do it!
Please excuse another shout today, but this one may be something that can help all of us. There are three major reasons why it is co$ting us so much more to fuel our cars, and Craig R. Smith knows the reasons, and knows the solutions, but it is going to take us to get off of our behinds to do anything about it. Let me give you a clue: It is ALL about politics, and the lack of courage by the politicians to actually do anything except say "we need to conserve more". Like Craig says, we need to let them know that there IS something they can do about it - NOW!
Do your part, take his suggestion; make sure you digg this one up and shout it to your friends - all of them - as I just did (well, most of them).

Two Republicans Advocate Abandoning Conservatism
It's the Spring Offensive in the War On Liberals. General T. L. Farlow is leading the "Surge". The war is far from being over. The enemy has been taking territory, and we, the Conservative forces, are losing ground. The strategy now is to provide the intel that our troops need to sustain our Resistance movement, to keep it alive.
We have found that we can not appease the evil enemy. Give them a square inch and they'll take an acre. They have even infiltrated our once secure sanctuary, the Church. Now, they are infiltrating and taking over the Republican Party.
We must maintain the fight. To do that, we need a constant supply of our ammunition - information/intel. We just took a big hit on our left flank, folks, and here to debrief you on this latest battlefront, is General T. L. Farlow...
Read this story, and write your comments, folks! And if you don't, the Liberals win...

America's Death by Liberalism? I'll let you decide.
I've always wondered if there could be consequences for what I post here, the stories I submit, the comments that I write. Will these things come back to haunt me someday? They've been talking about that recently on various news shows. But, if we ALL feared the consequences in our careers, or even a future pogrom, who would ever be willing to speak up?
I guess that if T. L. Farlow and me are going to go out on the limb, today is the day. If for some reason we are not ever heard from again, I hope y'all read this one, and then you'll know why.
By the way, while I'm still able to be here to write, let me tell you, this has been a very cool alternative to having to take violent actions; it's pretty cool just having the ability, still, to say what we want to say on this public forum. I'm thrilled to have this opportunity, and I hope that it can continue. Right now, I'm wondering how long it will be before we are suddenly restricted in our speech.
And just to show you that I'm serious about this shout, I'm shouting it out to EVERYONE on my friend's list. I am SHOUTING to ALL!
And ALL of you are in my heart.

Telecom Immunity: Barebones Congressional Felony
From the article: The Constitution does not say, "We don't like ex post facto law, but Congress can go ahead and pass it, and then let the courts sort things out." The Constitution says, "No ex post facto law ... shall be passed"

FTA: "The US is suffering from collective Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This ain't what I paid for. After more than seven years of constant battering and abuse, we're shocked and awed by a smirker and a sneerer, and by the people who let them get away with it."
