I'm like him. I have dial-up that connects at 49Kbps... I live in rural Puerto Rico but at 5 minutes on car you can get to places with fast internet... They just don't want to throw a cable to my house. (see comment)

I found a good way to changing sides. Just cover the screen so you only see her legs then raise your hand at the correct time depending on what side you want her to go. This is how I first got it. (see comment)

Could be any number of things. Could be modified in Photoshop, could be that the picture got stained (if it's taken through a analog camera), etc. Why do people always turn to things like this when they cannot clearly explain it? (see comment)
