Like they said, you could have returned it for a refund. Defective merchandise can be returned for cash anywhere. Also, I personally don't know anyone who has experienced these errors. It obviously doesn't cause crashes 100% of the time so there are pr … (see comment)

It's a tough choice to make, but sometimes you just have to do it. Definitely agree about organizing your feeds into folders so at least you can check out your faves before you get a clean slate. (see comment)
