Guy wins Ebay Auction for BMW - Dealer refuses to honor deal

I haven't done this in forever and I wouldn't unless I really needed to again - but this guy (who i don't know by the way - won an auction and the dealer is not honoring the auction - yes the guy is probably rich anyway to be able to afford a $60K Car - but its the comment the guy made that got me - :"We are a million dollar company - ebay will stick by us - I want to give ebay no choice and show the idiot who made that statement that people matter ! Please help be digging before they bury this lol ! Thanks
