Sleep Boosts Creativity by 33%

Comment in News (1 digg, 0 replies) - on 10/12/2008

His first book is also very good. It displays his deep understanding of race relations in America. People were surprised by the speech he gave on race back in the primary, but they really wouldn't have been if they had read his book. Great story. It d … (see comment)

What I really want to find is some quantum mechanics lectures on the internet. MIT's lecture notes are available, but no video lectures. :( I'm doing EE and I'm doing research in semiconductors but I really don't know enough QM to be as effective as I c … (see comment)

I've been saying this for years. The majority of TV pirates do so because the shows are not available in their country or are available but follow a stupid schedule and/or huge delays. If TV studios offered international downloads for money the piracy r … (see comment)

Robert J. Elisberg: The Worst Vice-Presidential Nominee in U

Comment in News (4 diggs, 0 replies) - on 08/30/2008
Great analysis Mr. Elisberg. McCain has seriously shot himself in the foot over this as the only argument he was getting any track with was the inexperience of Obama (which is bull) but with having someone as inexperienced as her on the ticket he can no … (see comment)

The Hurricane was also incredibly easy to fix. With the Spitfire they had to bolt on new metal to fix it when it got shot up. The Hurricane, however, they only needed to patch on some new fabric. My Grandfather was a ground mechanic during WW2 in the U … (see comment)

Will Gaming Ever Become a Popular Spectator Sport?

Comment in News (-1 diggs, 1 reply) - on 08/07/2008
CGS is just a terribly bad gaming event. If you want to see the potential gaming has as a spectator sport, watch something like ESWC q3 and CS 1.6 events -they're are huge and intense to watch. CGS is terribly done and overly commercialised, not to ment … (see comment)
