Well, it is a trademarked name... So referring to it as iPod, instead of an iPod is more accurate. At least Apple refers to the iPod as "iPod" in official press releases and stuff. (see comment)

Well, im not atheist but I dont go around shoving my religion down people's throats like most people (in Kentucky) I know do. That said, I side with the plaintiff on this... Religion and government have no business being close to each other... (see comment)
