The Registrar of Hawaii holds the original Birth records. The only thing they release is a "Certified Copy" meaning the Registrar will release a document (the ones we are most familiar with - 1 page certificate looking - just like the one they … (see comment)

By Law, Hospitals are NOT allowed to release any information regarding any patient, past or present. What a joke to think you could call hospitals and ask them. Somebody is an idiot for not even knowing the law. (see comment)
