They may be able to view it, but very often a significant part of the formating is lost. There should be no problem for anyone to receive ODF files since the software to work with them is freely available to all. (see comment)

This is probably inaccurate. It is probably more likely that 8 out of 10 *tech savvy* terrorists use Linux. But, then again, 8 out of 10 tech savvy users in general use or have used Linux as well. So, this is not really news at all. ;) (see comment)

There is a huge gulf between a molecule, or even, a soup of molecules, and a fully formed, *living*, cell. A gulf so huge that it is, in practice, impossible to clear. By chance, that is. (see comment)
