All they have to do is release the data. Problem solved, right? Why hide it? Why destroy some of the data? Why send e-mails stating that if you ever get a FOI request for the data you would delete to avoid having to release it? (see comment)

Funny, when hackers broke into Sarah Palin's PERSONAL e-mail account nobody seemed to mind. And they didn't even find anything. (see comment)
