Max Lindeman ,the man who pleaded guilty to the 1981 rape and attack on a nun inside a Harlem church. 27 crosses were carved into her with a nail file. Lindeman was on the New York County Democratic Nomination Committee, which selects candidates for state Supreme Court judgeships.
