What's the standard dosage for pot?

For a heavy pot smoker, one gram a day is the norm. For someone who is using it for a debilitating illness, I would imagine that 1.5 grams would be the norm. So that would be 90 grams over 60 days or roughly 3.2 ounces. To be safe, let's say 4 ounces … (see comment)
