- masudnets, on 05/23/2009, -3/+20Great read! But why the chick in the thumbnail?!
- damonic, on 05/24/2009, -0/+12How about a list of the top 10 web sites that list top 10 lists on one page?
- vsujohn2, on 05/24/2009, -0/+11You know if they really asked men, men would tell them to stop putting lists like this on more than one page.

- jasoninoakland, on 05/24/2009, -0/+10There's a difference between where technology is innovated and where it's consumed...which helps explain some of the awkward rankings here. Singapore ahead of Silicon Valley? Come on...
- wondertwins, on 05/24/2009, -3/+12I have to go to Japan or Korea someday.
- fuckupedoslut, on 05/24/2009, -0/+8Digg seems to be pretty random in which pictures they pick up from a particular page. I guess the person who submitted this article went a little too fast! heh
- Paranoidmarvin, on 05/24/2009, -0/+8Well done Britain!
- generaleet, on 05/24/2009, -0/+6why not?
- inactive, on 05/24/2009, -0/+5BURIED for askmen's typical ***** multi-page click-through so they can dupe their advertisers on the so-called page hits. Please bury their ***** every time you see it.
- rubenz, on 05/24/2009, -1/+5I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. FLML.
FLML. It's the anti-FML.
http://flml.org/ - K3R5, on 05/24/2009, -1/+5"Almost 65% of Germany’s population uses broadband -- the largest percentage in Europe."
"...and Finland claims that 70% of its population uses the internet. " (also, what does that mean? uses the internet...)

Woot? - bdbr, on 05/24/2009, -0/+4It dropped out of the top 10 sometime in the late 1800s.
- immatellyouwhat, on 05/24/2009, -0/+4Well they did have a small picture of it in the article.
- inactive, on 05/24/2009, -2/+6Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
- iDoraemon, on 05/24/2009, -1/+4It does not surprise me one bit that the top four cities on that list (Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, and Hong Kong) are located in East Asia. Those cities are incredibly technologically advanced, with Tokyo and their crazy robots and gadgetry, Seoul with its insane internet, Singapore with its massive technological growth, and Hong Kong with its crazy electronics adddiction.
- MrDiaz, on 05/24/2009, -3/+6I'd love to visit Tokyo some day
- 2of8, on 05/24/2009, -1/+4Big difference between 5 and 6?
- pukiman, on 05/24/2009, -0/+3And now for something completely different; I still don't understand that fish digg joke.

Printer friendly/one page version - Killer_k, on 05/24/2009, -1/+4I always Love geek chicks there hott
- Elranzer, on 05/24/2009, -1/+4AskMen.com = random thumbnails of chicks all over their website. They don't want the possibility that you're gay.
- darthweder, on 05/24/2009, -0/+3And the RIAA and MPAA have to do with this how.....?
- Piontek, on 05/24/2009, -0/+2well #1 is definitely no surprize
- inactive, on 05/24/2009, -0/+2More pages adds to their hit count so they can ask for more advertising money.
- Heiminator, on 05/24/2009, -0/+2almost 65% of germanys population use BROADBAND
and Finland claims that 70% of its population USES THE INTERNET
some people are still using 56k up there... - motang, on 05/24/2009, -0/+2Wow...my hometown made #8 on the list, cool!
- HentaiJeff, on 05/25/2009, -0/+2it's obligatory
- Nudar, on 05/24/2009, -0/+1And that top 10 list better not be on 10 pages either.
- kevro, on 05/24/2009, -2/+3Canada really needs to give some Tax dollars towards creating a bustling Tech sector. Canadian owned , Canadian R&D, Canadian manufactured. It's the future.
- HentaiJeff, on 05/25/2009, -1/+2Dallas isn't even on here, a good chunk of the world's internet servers are based here.
- K3R5, on 05/24/2009, -0/+1Where are the numbers?
From what I can tell, the highest broadband penetration is somewhere around 30% in the netherlands and around 20-25% everywhere else.
But it's really not important. Perhaps AskMen isn't the most reliable news source :D

etc... - fuckupedoslut, on 05/25/2009, -0/+1*slow applause* Feel smarter than me now? I'd say Seattle should at least have been number two. That better?
- csm2mkrtw, on 05/25/2009, -0/+0I guess they mean cities that were there more than 20 years ago ;)))
- hoodedrobin, on 05/25/2009, -1/+1Everyone needs tech support...
"Now make sure you're monitor is connected to the desktop tower." - csm2mkrtw, on 05/25/2009, -0/+0I agree with ddoorn... typical!
- campigenus, on 05/26/2009, -0/+0Yes, one of them is not in the "top five". Figuring out which ... will be left as an exercise to the reader.
- Sheethappens, on 05/24/2009, -1/+1HAHAHA - even though the Federal Govt of Australia has pushed for broadband in some form or another for even the most isolated Australian (satellite in those cases) and has ADSL2 in all spots it can reach to date, we still dont have one city in the top 10 yet the Federal Govt will tell you that we are in that top 10! HAHAHAH! I knew we were far from the top 10!
Oh and the good news? They are going to raise the age at which a male can get the old age pension to 67 from 65. Why? To save expenditure - this is the same Govt that sent money all around the world to make the Australian economic situation better. Jerks! - fuckupedoslut, on 05/24/2009, -4/+3I'll agree with Tokyo for #1, but Seattle at #6...? Thought it would make the top five at least.
- Dayimproper, on 05/24/2009, -2/+1Nice to see Tel Aviv in there but I would go with Haifa in Israel.
Intel, IBM, HP, Google, Microsoft, and so on all have offices in Haifa.
I might need to mention I'm writing this from Haifa - ahmedalhani, on 05/24/2009, -4/+2hmmm what about Dubai?
- fucter, on 05/24/2009, -5/+3Yeah, the only ones I would live in are Munich, Helsinki and Seattle.
- mdelfs, on 05/24/2009, -5/+3What happened to Deer Lick, Tennessee?
