He lost but it wastes the courts time there has to be some kind of Human stupidity clause so these cases can be thrown out on there ass without it taking up anyone's time.

It stands at just under 400ft... and has you sitting in an open air chair, with your feet dangling... And to top it all off it drops you back to earth in under 5 seconds! Definitely not for those who are afraid of heights!
