Street Detail is a section of the magazine that each month explores a different San Francisco Bay area neighborhood.

    Some are just regular neighborhoods.
    The rest are just cities.

    So while the title "The Micro-Neighborhoods of the San Francisco Bay Area" is intriguing, all we really have here is "The neighborhoods and cities of northern California".

    San Fransico is just a city. It is the Bay area NOT san fransico bay area. SF != Northern & Central California

    To make SF seem less unique, you'd have to list a bunch of cities that are very similar to it. You in fact did the opposite.

    Slang aside, that body of water we live by is not called "The Bay"; it's the "San Francisco Bay".

And have shot extensively in New York City as well. Mostly I'm an American photographer though. You can see my shots in other cities here. I might head outside the U.S. more in the future, though I hear that you can't shoot the cops in London anymore.
