- RoroCo, on 06/25/2009, -6/+41Wait... No one lives in the Antarctic year round. Why do they have currency? Are penguins into strip clubs?
- Sraser, on 06/26/2009, -1/+36You should look at the other side :P
http://www.craigmarlatt.com/canada/images/images&a ... - Gusbob, on 06/26/2009, -2/+33If you read the description, it says Antarctic money is non-legal tender, just a collector's item
- christoast, on 06/26/2009, -0/+26As my fellow Canadians know, Canadian Tire money is a hilarious currency made by a hardware store.
- gtrob, on 06/26/2009, -2/+26I hate when people like you go and read the article and come up with logical explanations for things.
- geoboy, on 06/26/2009, -0/+24Icy what you did there...
- GamerX, on 06/26/2009, -0/+21They must be very hot at there. Consider their domain names are .co.ck...
- duggtodeath, on 06/26/2009, -0/+21/s

- christoast, on 06/26/2009, -0/+17Where are the schrutebucks?
http://www.tobyhilden.com/images/schrute_buck.jpg - constchar, on 06/26/2009, -0/+17Dude not only does Cook Island have a 3 dollar bill with a naked woman.. but she's also riding a god damn shark!
Going by their currency.. that place must be made of pure awesome. - inactive, on 06/26/2009, -0/+16Kazakhstan tenge is pretty awesome.
- frontaxle, on 06/25/2009, -0/+15If I hit print with some heavier stock.....
- The_Orichalcon, on 06/26/2009, -0/+15I'm really impressed with the Hong Kong $10 bill. The design is beautiful and the colours are magnificent.
- Brooks007, on 06/26/2009, -0/+13Cook island rules.
Naked chicks riding sharks, Alien looking Gods showing their large junk, Trippy acid drawings that look like vagainas, 3 dollar bills yall, ... - mister711, on 06/25/2009, -0/+13I love the cook islands! visited there this summer, but i got NZ dollars at the exchange place and did not see those bills
- Myztry, on 06/26/2009, -1/+13Having grown up using Australian money, whenever I see the U.S. notes I can help but think of mono coloured Monopoly money.
But then I suppose American money does monopolise the global money system. - slicky803, on 06/26/2009, -0/+12Ctrl-P
- yuanzhoulu, on 06/26/2009, -4/+16To be honest, I like currency that depict culture, not portraits
- sungoddess808, on 06/25/2009, -0/+12I'm still kinda partial to the Costa Rican 2000 Colones. Has a beautiful design of a hammerhead shark. =)
- 2Deluxe, on 06/26/2009, -0/+11I loved moving back to Australia after living in Japan for two years, it's so easy to identify how much money you have by just glancing at the colours in your wallet. Unfortunately we have HUGE coins... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banknotes_of_the_Aust ...
- splinter09, on 06/25/2009, -2/+13Ph come on, money in Antarctica.
- danielnz, on 06/26/2009, -0/+11What most surprised me when travelling overseas was that much of the rest of the world don't use polymer notes. We've had them in New Zealand for years and they make so much more sense. They're much more difficult to conterfeit and pretty hard to ruin. Washing machines are no longer the enemies of cash.
- Teburninator, on 06/26/2009, -1/+12CANADA, ***** YEAH!
- inactive, on 06/26/2009, -0/+10I just like the sound of the Zambia "Kwacha"
"You owe me twenty Kwacha!" - sepelester, on 06/26/2009, -1/+11They were beautiful. Better than most on the list. Can you send me some?
- loneraven, on 06/26/2009, -0/+10What a crappy list. The list leaves out so many good looking notes.

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3029/2558319793_3ba ... - Fishn2, on 06/26/2009, -2/+11I'd nominate the Scottish five pound note, I love how vivid the blue ink on them looks on a freshly printed note.
It's a shame some english bastard will always claim it's not legal tender.
http://weightoncoin.com/coins/images/2005%20RBS%20 ... - DryMaltExtract, on 06/26/2009, -1/+10There's culture on the back, those people on the front? They sort of defined our culture and the Canadian way, so uh, why not honour them?
The queen might be like 80 something, but I'd do her, it's the Canadian thing to do. - SeverTomorrow, on 06/26/2009, -0/+9How the hell much do I need to buy to get $1 worth of Canadian Tire money!? I have never laid my eyes upon such a rare artifact.
- fatefree, on 06/26/2009, -1/+10Look at all that pink and purple. Our money sure is gay.
- kingsal, on 06/26/2009, -0/+8so you're saying the Antarctican dollar I have is fake?
- serif69, on 06/26/2009, -0/+8Copies: [1000000000] ☐ Collated ☑ Two-sided
- strykefive, on 06/26/2009, -2/+10Canada's is awesome though.
- battye, on 06/26/2009, -0/+8The Australian currency is very nice.
sirdyl, the Rand is not worthless. Your Zimbabwean neighbours will attest to that. They had a currency once. - christoast, on 06/26/2009, -0/+8If it were my choice id have
Einstein 100$
Darwin 50$
Newton 20$
Galileo 10$
Copernicus 5$ - riseguy, on 06/26/2009, -1/+9Sadly I must say (as a Canadian) that many of these notes are quite beautiful, and, perhaps, even more beautiful than our beloved, worthless currency.
- Wareznuke, on 06/26/2009, -0/+8Woah Cook Island. Boobies and ding-dong.
- duggtodeath, on 06/26/2009, -0/+7Cook Islands currency is gorgeous!
- inactive, on 06/26/2009, -2/+9Aruba, Jamaica OOOOO I wanna take you Bermuda, Bahama come on pretty mama...
- inactive, on 06/26/2009, -1/+8Meh, the most beautiful currency is whatever I have in my pocket at the time.
- jofwooster, on 06/26/2009, -1/+8Thank you for being honest.
