- palehorse864, on 12/14/2007, -4/+12I'm surprised that road from The United States to England didn't make the list.

Seriously? - Albionshores, on 12/14/2007, -1/+7There you have it, Baghdad Broadway is now safer than the A44 Leominster to Worcester. No small wonder then that PM Brown wants the troops home by Christmas.
- NeoSporin, on 12/14/2007, -0/+5I will continue to drive on them - while you walk.
- Albionshores, on 12/14/2007, -1/+5I've driven on the A77 in Scotland. It's not that the road itself is dangerous - it has more to do with the fact that it is the road which connects Glasgow to Stranraer. Stranraer is where you catch the overnight ferry to Belfast or vice-versa.
The road is only dangerous because everybody coming from Stranraer is either drunk or asleep at the wheel.
Sometimes both. - inactive, on 12/15/2007, -0/+3olha um tuga no digg !!!!
- SSUK, on 12/15/2007, -1/+4"Most Dangerous Roads for INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL"
Since you Americans seem to consider "International" to be Europe and Japan, yeah, you wont find US roads in it. - KragTheDigger, on 12/14/2007, -1/+4can't be.. not even one in Italy ?!?!?
~K - PJBovoNox, on 12/14/2007, -1/+4No-one gives a ***** about the US or Canada except Americans and Canadians.
- JOEINDIAK, on 12/14/2007, -0/+3The way Pakistan is going, all roads there are death traps and will be so for the next 100 years.
- inactive, on 12/14/2007, -0/+2it doesnt look like he did.
- JK1150, on 12/14/2007, -4/+6This is not interesting.
- capiCrimm, on 12/14/2007, -0/+2yes, because with names like "Death Road" they sound soooo fun.
- RedHairedMan, on 12/17/2007, -0/+2There's at least 3 organizations, associations, or institutes that will evaluate, regulate, and mandate for almost any action a human can undertake.
- JoaoPe, on 12/14/2007, -1/+3Outdated.
Both Portuguese roads have been rebuild more than a year ago and they're probably the two more secure ones. - diaphoni, on 12/14/2007, -0/+2you didn't actually READ the list did you?
- Albionshores, on 12/14/2007, -1/+3It would have appeared in the shortlist but when they sent their man to inspect it he never came back.
- gasin, on 12/15/2007, -1/+2Wait! What about the intersection of 10 and 405 (in West LA)?!!
- betobeto, on 12/14/2007, -1/+2Good to see my country -Costa Rica- represented on the list. I always tell people that if you can drive here, you can drive anywhere else in the world (except London, perhaps). Because if the millions of curves and potholes don't kill you, the hordes of reckless truck drivers who drive 18-wheelers as if they were motorcycles certainly will, or at least will try their best to.
- RooDoG, on 12/14/2007, -1/+2Moscow?????????? No??? are you serious
- inactive, on 12/14/2007, -4/+5they apparently forgot the state of New Jersey.
- capiCrimm, on 12/14/2007, -1/+2North Yungas Death Road? It was on the list.
- SSUK, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1Except London? Whatever for? Those are probably the safest roads in the world, you go at 5mph at any given time!
- spanner, on 12/14/2007, -1/+2Buried because its *****. Did they just draw those places out of a hat or something? There are far far worse roads in the world than the ones shown.
- inactive, on 12/14/2007, -2/+3What about Route Irish in Iraq?
- diaphoni, on 12/14/2007, -0/+1no it wasn't, just a map, no details at all bleah
- grahambot, on 12/15/2007, -0/+1Are you kidding me? Costa Rica is a dream to drive in. I've been to 13 countries and Costa Rica is the only one I've dared to drive in. The Hill of Death mentioned in this article is a nice drive...but not dangerous. Just don't tailgate, and be sure to slow down when you're in a school zone. Cerro de la muerte got its name from construction workers dying of hypothermia overnight at 10,000 feet of elevation. Beto, I'm feeling pretty good about my driving now!
- bazwilliams, on 12/31/2007, -0/+1Not much information and inaccurate. The N340 in Spain advertises as a 'Narrow road in the costa-del-sol', yet the arrow points to the portion of the N340 near Benidorm (not costa del sol). Dangerous it is, but it's a motorway around Malaga and Benalmadena, narrow it ain't.
- NoCt1, on 12/14/2007, -4/+4Boring article. buried. I have seen roads that are worse. what about the road of death in south america. The supposedly most dangerous route in the world.
- Goobernutz, on 12/14/2007, -3/+3Top 10 Terror Roads that the Government doesn't want YOU to know about REVEALED! [PIC]
- inactive, on 12/14/2007, -2/+2What about the Gardiner in Toronto? Falling concrete (among many other things) can hurt pedestrians too.

Don't watch past first song and dance number. - piesforyou, on 12/14/2007, -1/+1I've done the swakopmund to walvis bay (namibia) road. It's no more dangerous than any other coast road where you get a lot of fog.
- postaldave, on 12/14/2007, -1/+1nothing in detroit? come on!
- AWooWoo, on 12/14/2007, -2/+2could use a little more info
- yodagetsit, on 12/14/2007, -1/+1What about Road To Hana?!
- chowderdick, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1more info needed
- SSUK, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1"INTERNATIONAL" for the love of... Do you people READ?
- Frostman3D, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1Compile a list of the deadliest roads in America, then get back to me. I don't give a ***** about roads I'll never drive on.
- lolo2007, on 02/05/2008, -0/+0Boring article. buried. I have seen roads that are worse. what about the road of death in south america. The supposedly most dangerous route in the world.

http://www.paramegsoft.com/forum/ - WhereAmI, on 12/15/2007, -1/+1Detroit is not that far from Windsor, Canada. So its good to know the Ambassador bridge is safe. And the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel.
- TetchyTony, on 12/15/2007, -0/+0I've been on many roads worldwide, and seen the bodies. But I don't give a ***** about roads in the USofA, where I will never voluntarily go, nor have ever needed to in 60+ years. Get lost.
- lawldiggg, on 12/14/2007, -2/+1Irish might be up there
with rte aeros :) - bus3nsc, on 12/14/2007, -1/+0If you ask me, naming a road 'North yungas DEATH ROAD' is just asking for trouble
- Lynne213, on 12/14/2007, -1/+0I would have thought the 405 and I10 interchange would have been mentioned....
- inactive, on 12/14/2007, -7/+5id still would like to travel them
- 10001110101, on 12/14/2007, -8/+6There aren't any in Canada or the US?
- dngermouse, on 12/14/2007, -7/+3so basically, any road in the states of Wyoming, New Mexico, Nebraska and Idaho. Makes perfect sense to me.
