- Fingerstyleblue, on 02/11/2009, -1/+9Incredible, thats a work of art.
- bri719, on 02/11/2009, -1/+7nice, but where do they have recess? /s
it's quite great, I'm as impressed with the strength and seismic capabilites as I am with the overall design. though the lettering on the building detracts from that and suffers from a terrible installation. otherwise, fantastic. - emildorbell, on 02/11/2009, -0/+5*****! Uzumaki :(
- inactive, on 02/11/2009, -0/+4Eh, I could take it or leave it. I mean it's amazing architecture and would be awesome for a business building but for a school, it is too "cold" looking...Schools should be warm and inviting, that kinda looks scary, especially if you were a small child on your way to your first day of school. It's metal, it's gray/black, and it's big. Even for a college, it's still too "cold and indifferent" looking, like a place where things were efficient, but no one actually cared about you as a student. Just my opinion.
- cherrysweet00, on 02/11/2009, -0/+4Japan and Shanghai have the prettiest buildings. However, the way they put the letters on the building is ugly. They could have DEFINITELY done that a lot better considering they built a building that looks as amazing as that.
- DarkPilot, on 02/11/2009, -0/+3Wayside?
- YinofYang, on 02/11/2009, -0/+3It's hard to believe something like that is real. It's an amazing building.
- Forgorin, on 02/13/2009, -0/+2More than just years!! Me too.
- Forgorin, on 02/13/2009, -0/+2The building is a true gem in Japan. Most of the buildings are hurtful to the eyes.
- morcheeba, on 02/11/2009, -0/+2This definitely one-ups the JR Station towers across the street, which are pretty impressive in their own right (if you visit, make sure you go to the observation platform at the top!) http://www.towers.jp/about/index.html
.. but the real architectural jewel in this area is the Meiji-Mura: http://www.meijimura.com/english/index.html
It's a park where they've relocated almost 70 buildings from all over the world that influenced the Meiji period (1868-1912). The highlight is the Frank LLoyd Wright's Imperial Hotel. - themastersb, on 02/11/2009, -0/+2THE SPIRALS ARE EVERYWHERE!
- lewystud, on 02/11/2009, -0/+2maybe not for long - look at www.chicagospire.com
- inactive, on 02/11/2009, -1/+2I'll take a traditional campus over that any day. I want my school to be more inviting than that.
- okamisensei, on 02/11/2009, -0/+1I think I need to get a job at their Tokyo office.

- Meocross, on 02/13/2009, -0/+1The japs seem to have alot of time on their hands mate.
- lilhelper, on 08/18/2009, -0/+1Quite it with the use of Jap. Its really a bad word. Very disrespectful.
- airencracken, on 02/13/2009, -0/+1Been years. Thanks.
- TwilightThorn, on 02/11/2009, -0/+1I remember seeing those towers in Nagoya when I visited last summer. They look even more amazing in person.
- bastardx, on 02/11/2009, -0/+1I like tall buildings
- lewystud, on 02/11/2009, -0/+1these remind me of the Chicago Spire project that may or may not be getting off the ground
chicagospire.com - DoctorFaust, on 02/11/2009, -1/+1You were not hugged enough as a child.
- nanixi, on 02/11/2009, -0/+0They could have done the letters a 'little' cooler, they dont really fit ('MODE HAL ISE...'). other than that - awesome
- enygmaeve13, on 02/12/2009, -0/+0Cool. I must visit that when I make it over to Japan....
- Endit, on 02/11/2009, -1/+1Meh.

- sirjimithy, on 02/11/2009, -4/+1Where do they keep the rape monster?
- inactive, on 02/11/2009, -11/+3Professors here need to update a version of a text book by adding a few words/paragraphs ever year so students get to pay out the ass for new books. The profits from these could go to construction or we can include it in the Pelosi/Obama Pork Plan.
