- zyklon, on 10/07/2008, -5/+81This photographer is one of the luckiest people on the planet to see such beautiful things.
- theremixtrack, on 10/07/2008, -9/+60dugg for the the black guy resting on the cotton...
...too soon? - MrJohnSmith, on 10/07/2008, -1/+46I need those pictures in high-res.
- cadmiumpaint, on 10/07/2008, -1/+38I LOVE the Big Picture column from the Boston Globe. Its one of the greatest uses of photojournalism on the Internet that i've been able to find. They consistently show us high quality images of the world around us without giving us the obvious stuff we've seen everywhere else. I really hope that other news organizations can get with the program and utilize the technology we have to show us new things. I still doun't understand why most news organizations think its ok to show images at postage stamp sizes.

- ShoeSh1ne, on 10/07/2008, -0/+13Larger resolution would make some of those perfect wallpapers.

The photographer's website. You can download many of the images as wallpapers, but they aren't high-res. Still cool, though. - Krakerjax, on 10/07/2008, -2/+10What? Racial can't be funny?
