In architecture it can denote an area that is surrounded by buildings or walls.

- mikebritton, on 02/13/2009, -0/+1Roark wouldn't have grass growing on the roof, but the house would look like it belongs on the land. This one doesn't from the outside (vertical, non-organic outer walls), but the spirit of it is consistent with Roark's style. Maybe he would be proud!
