- xjoi, on 04/30/2009, -2/+23Long story short, I make art for videogames and was really inspired by the Maunsell Towers some 4 years ago to model them in 3D:

Pretty eerie structures, to say the least. - n1eb, on 04/30/2009, -2/+23Holy crap I can see my house in #25, no joke. What are the odds of that?

So, what apartment do you live in?
I live in the one that's.....***** - LonesomeFighter, on 04/29/2009, -3/+18#6. the basketball courts, they should put some fences in between the courts to not interrupt other games. It seems if someone misses the hoop they just started a fight with the neighboring game.
- youngdb, on 04/30/2009, -1/+9The question looking at pictures like this always makes it amazing to see what human-made history and institutions have simply separated the lives of what the people living in the shantytown are from Manhatten or that subdivision in Las Vegas. Ultimately we're all just humans moving around on the ground below like ants, walking, eating, sleeping but the lives are totally different.
- DPDish12, on 04/30/2009, -0/+6#5 & #25 are two of the most terrifying things I've ever seen.
*shudder* - iriemember, on 04/30/2009, -1/+7All of Boston's photo features are excellent.
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -1/+6Yeah it's odd because almost everyone lives in America. I mean do they even have planes in the UK? Or cameras?
- PointGiven, on 04/30/2009, -2/+7Anyone else really thrown off by the #5 Hong Kong apartment pic? I don't know what I should be looking at. Also the #25 pic looks like such a boring place.
- dronex, on 04/30/2009, -1/+5I feel like I'm playing SimCity...
- Supernova36, on 04/30/2009, -1/+5Unlucky, it looks like an utterly lifeless, crammed in, cardboard built neighborhood..
- Greengoo, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3#10 is clearly the dam that they used in the Bond movie/game Goldeneye.
- Vodd9, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3boston.com makes me want to be a photograph.
- nicktomyskins, on 04/30/2009, -1/+4personally i thought it was nevada heavy
- engrishGamer, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3The apartment blocks in Hong Kong are absolutely insane. How many stories are they?! Also, the pictures I really liked were the ones with wide open fields of grass, 9 ,14 (especially this one), and 22. I guess I'm just not used to seeing that much greenery still around
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3Nice work. Eerie alright.
- themastersb, on 04/30/2009, -0/+2Probably like 1 in a few million. However, on Digg no one ever questions one in a million chances.
- ThaDRD, on 04/30/2009, -0/+2Anybody know where it is on Google Maps? It's not linked.
- peterjmag, on 04/30/2009, -1/+3Dugg for Google Maps links (on some photos).
- KJGJ, on 05/01/2009, -0/+2Actually many people, including myself liver very happily like that. There's a very fine line between flouting your individualism and just being obnoxious. No one actually cares about how non-conformist and different you are.
- bitterbuffalo33, on 04/30/2009, -1/+2It's like being in an airplane! or some other low flying aircraft!
awesome photos. - INDOAZZ, on 04/29/2009, -5/+6If you have seen SLUM DOG Millionaire .... They should have used that scene when the camera pans back from the slums of the area where they lived.... That was an amazing shot!

- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+1Unfortunately the Bulgarian version has no pictures, which somewhat diminishes the impact.
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -1/+2I'm sure that pyramid in Vegas is just there to confuse the aliens.
Also, awesome pics, and all on one frickin page! Dugg. - n1eb, on 04/30/2009, -0/+1It's actually the corner of Jones and Shelbourne.

I am tired of seeing train wrecked celebrities on my news stand. Lets stop buying this crap and demanding the return to photojournalism
