- inactive, on 03/04/2008, -3/+140Ugly Looking. Unsafe Looking.
- mo0nrider, on 03/04/2008, -1/+133To see where you'll fall.
- prompel, on 03/04/2008, -7/+131Amazingly ugly!
- inactive, on 03/04/2008, -1/+125i doubt there any apartment complexes/buildings that would allow this, this would definitely violate something in their insurance agreement. not to mention that when it comes to complexes most places want the outside of every apartment to be the same. my guess is that this was done by an artist whose landlord gave special permission and you will NEVER see this outside of those pics. additionally, who the ***** want to do all that to someplace they rented, for the money that would cost they may as well just get a bigger apartment.
- mentol, on 03/04/2008, -7/+78Ooo ...look ...I see a Swastika !
- chingy1788, on 03/04/2008, -0/+65use of Portals and a self serve storage area is probably safer
- Premier, on 03/04/2008, -4/+64Why are there windows on the bottom of it?
- lucutus, on 03/04/2008, -8/+46That is simply the dumbest ***** thing I've ever seen for to many reasons to list but let me list a few lest be buried for sure.
Unsafe
Ugly
more expensive than a bigger apartment
violates to many zoning laws
Lame window layout
not applicable in most residential situations
inefficient
bad idea for anywhere that has weather
Where are the roof drains?
How will it fair in wintered areas?
It's black, how will it do to be exposed to equatorial sun?
.....
Please reply additions to the list! - RedGreen1, on 03/04/2008, -0/+29As soon as there is a big enough gust of wind.

- tpawloski, on 03/04/2008, -1/+27Great idea but I doubt the building codes in most cities would allow it.
- Y0tsuya, on 03/04/2008, -1/+27And your neighbors would absolutely love it! There's just too much sunlight going through their windows.
- everfresh59, on 03/04/2008, -6/+29Heidi Klum could be in that room, naked and waiting for me to tap her ass, and I wouldn't do it...... thats a youtube video waiting to happen....

- ImTheManWhoRU, on 03/04/2008, -1/+20I guess if you and your upstairs neighbor both want one you're gonna have to play rock paper scissors
- bigbill780, on 03/04/2008, -1/+19This makes me want to spend more time on my statics homework.

- g0thm0g, on 03/04/2008, -0/+17Yeah, if I can't even get a DirecTV/DishNetwork dish, I kinda doubt my landlord would go for this.
- Jones82, on 03/04/2008, -0/+15Most crack houses wouldn't allow that
- declan69, on 03/04/2008, -1/+15i bet with the money spent on that the tenants could have rented 3 more bedrooms for the same price...
- blindmonkey, on 03/04/2008, -0/+14Hey, it serves a dual purpose - extra room for you, and a balcony for the guy above you =P

- markperia, on 03/04/2008, -0/+11A real man would not let a little structural instability cloud their judgement. If worse comes to worse at least you died happy... and with a video to prove it.

/Sometimes I cut myself to see how much it bleeds... - inactive, on 03/04/2008, -2/+12ya ***** that when an earthquake hits, make that the guest room
- nartvq, on 03/04/2008, -1/+11I guess the idea of renting the apartment next door never entered that tenant's mind.
- lucutus, on 03/04/2008, -0/+9ever been in a hurricane, earthquake, tornado, or severe thunderstorm? No? on seeing as it is bolted to the facade have you ever seen how and who assures an external masonry wall is built?
- Firehed, on 03/04/2008, -0/+9People that don't have a fear of heights can also plummet to their death.
Though I expect that for the last five or so seconds of their life, they'll become afraid of heights. - ChiRolla, on 03/04/2008, -1/+10Sex in that would be insane. And unsafe.
- cap11235, on 03/04/2008, -0/+8This was a triumph...
