- life38, on 07/24/2008, -0/+5Mutual friends are at times like chain smoking. They can be a real drag on you and not really good for your health. It takes work to take care of your health and to manage your friends. At least once a month I assess all of my friends for activity and compare it to what I did for them. The biggest drag is all of the shouting that some friends do on behalf of others. If I wanted most of the stuff I would make the other person a friend. there are a few I have asked to be more selective of what they sent. There is only so much reading I want to do.
