- curiousnightowl, on 10/28/2009, -0/+7Impressive, most impressive. I have visited Paris on 6 occasions, and on every occasion I have sworn that I will climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower, every time I have indeed wimped out. This is because I am indeed a wimp with a fear of heights and potential of falling from very high structures. Which is silly as I have never once fallen from an structure higher than 100 feet, not once!
- sajuuk, on 10/28/2009, -0/+6Pics or it didn't happen.
- SanTe, on 10/28/2009, -0/+6We know he's lying because anyone who has ever been to the Eiffel Tower knows there is never fewer than 4,000 people under it at any given time.
- roedood, on 10/28/2009, -0/+5if you shake your head back and forth really quickly its looks like a flip book sort of.
- TIGHTY1515, on 10/28/2009, -3/+7I had sex under the Eiffel Tower once. True story.
- thethinktank, on 10/28/2009, -0/+3Wow, still erect at age 120? That's got to be some sort of record.
- MrChunks, on 10/28/2009, -0/+3What's your record on structures 99 feet or lower?
- digitalArtform, on 10/28/2009, -0/+3Public Domain by day. Copyrighted by night due to lighting designs.
- Ziriux, on 10/28/2009, -0/+2A magnificent piece of art.

- curiousnightowl, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1Yes I know what you mean. If I look up at tall structures I get dizzy. The problem with the 20-30m theory is that on the way to the very top of the Eiffel Tower, I will have to pass through the 20-30m barrier on the way to the summit. I am the original scaredy-cat.
- drworthless, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1Now when I see it all I can think of is that scene from GI Joe where it gets taken out.
- deanholmes, on 10/29/2009, -0/+1My friend was just at the tower last week
- phatbyte, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1I have been there twice, it's an amazing piece of art where you can actually be part of.
- socialpyramid, on 10/28/2009, -1/+2Dang Eiffel Tower, you old!
- rif42, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1@curiousnightowl
I get this tickling feeling in the back of the legs when standing on the edge of something tall. Eiffel tower is so tall, that it does not feel like a tower when you stand at the top. It is more like flying in an airplane. I feel far worse standing 20-30m up, where you can see every tiny detail of the floor below. - frantzmail, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1Magnifique !
- mafiax, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1You can't climb the whole think via the stairs.. only to the second landing. I tried doing this in May.
- curiousnightowl, on 10/29/2009, -0/+15-0
- morefrommoe, on 10/28/2009, -0/+1did you know that after the world fair for which the eiffel tower was built, the french wanted to take it down, but couldnt, due to a lack of money? tru story

- fms45, on 10/28/2009, -1/+1I am lucky as i visited Eiffel Tower year ago. Magnificent view!
- entrepreneur75, on 10/28/2009, -1/+1i wonder what the original Eiffel designers would have thought if they say this? probably pretty amazed
- JustLetGo, on 10/28/2009, -1/+1keeping low doesn't make no sense

***** I don't read replys - DrNemo, on 10/28/2009, -9/+2I hope they take down this piece of crap one day.
