- missycaulk, on 10/27/2008, -0/+1Reggie, how do I get homes in Ann Arbor on here?
- clearwaterhomes, on 11/02/2008, -0/+1Reggie - I have the same quesstion as Missy - would love to know more about Cyberhomes and if it's possible to syndicate our listings there too!
- NYWoman, on 04/05/2009, -0/+0Cyberhomes was 100% incorrect in its estimates of home values in my area:
1. A House listed on 135 Quaker Path 11733 is valued at almost $200,000 more than its asking price (not even selling price - just asking) - yes $200,000.
2. Another house in the area that had a second floor put on, has 7 bedrooms (vs. the 3 on 135 Quaker), 3 full baths (vs. the 2.5, all original condition) on Quaker, Full Basement (vs. 1/2 on Quaker), Larger Kitchen, Larger Living Room, on a road with no double line (vs. Quaker) - valued for less.
Stunning -
Maybe if you live in a development, perhaps, or in another state, perhaps - but I was going to put this on my website and immediately it failed the first test - accurate, or near accurate property assessmnet. - mike912mueller, on 10/31/2008, -0/+0Cyberhomes rocks!

And that's why it rocks! - renicolay, on 11/02/2008, -0/+0Great question! The easiest way to get your listings on Cyberhomes is to contact connectme[at]cyberhomes.com. Brokers may place their listings on Cyberhomes at no charge, and may also incorporate Cyberhomes’s rich content into their own Web site at no charge, as can MLSs and Associations. If you have any further questions also feel free to connect with me. I'll watch this comment thread.
