- ADIDAS247, on 02/07/2008, -21/+63What a dumbass, he list a boat for sale and puts no price or contact information!
- hdar3415, on 02/07/2008, -2/+39I'd love to be there rather than freezing here in Illinois.

Unless you have some ungodly monitor, that should do. - jd33, on 02/07/2008, -5/+29nice ... need 1920 x 1200

http://www.flickr.com/photos/acam/2187411458/sizes ... - Angostura, on 02/07/2008, -2/+18And he whined in a most splendidly whiny fashion when the metric changed. Whiner.
- deskattire, on 02/07/2008, -3/+18He's one of the Digg overlords. His life is consumed with submitting front page digg articles.
- sittered, on 02/07/2008, -0/+14I'll take everything but the boat.
- whitenerdy92, on 02/07/2008, -0/+13Sunset lighting not included.
- Ozymandias42, on 02/07/2008, -1/+14because it's beautiful, you insensitive clod.
- inactive, on 02/07/2008, -3/+15Uh, photography is just as important as news. At least IMO. ;-)
- sambapati87, on 02/07/2008, -0/+11Not HDR... still awesome

The photographer shows the original off his camera in the comments. - ThinkBox, on 02/07/2008, -0/+10Does it come with photoshop?
- noots, on 02/07/2008, -2/+11SATURATION.
you can tell it's been abused by the color of the oars and the wooden edge of boat. Still it's an awesome picture - hilo4321, on 02/07/2008, -3/+12my new favorite game is burying anything he submits
unless its awesome, then i just dont bury it - TomTruelle, on 02/07/2008, -0/+9thanks, KRASH73
- WermerSkoch, on 02/07/2008, -1/+10Just curious, what's wrong with mrbabyman? I noticed several people dug you up, so you're not the only one... what's the deal? (I've never heard of him, btw)
- soopafly, on 02/07/2008, -0/+7Click on the available sizes above the photo
- Ndiggnation, on 02/07/2008, -0/+6Amen to that. I always wondered why in the world settlers stopped here a couple hundred years or so ago (Peoria). I'd have kept going until it didn't get cold anymore..
- MrBabyMan, on 02/08/2008, -0/+6It's absolutely true, not everything I submit is deemed popular by the digg community. 3/4 of what I submit never makes it to the front page. But if you look at a post like this, with over 2000 diggers agreeing in unison, you have to admit it's more because of the content than the submitter.
When asked for advice on submitting to Digg (which happens on a daily basis), I have always said that almost as important as the quality of the content is developing a group of friends to support that content. At this moment hilo4321, you have one friend. One. Go out there and befriend more people on Digg. That's what they're there for. You also have only ever submitted 1 story in all your time here on Digg. Start submitting more often.
The point I'm trying to make is, before you judge the submitter over the content, see what it's like to be an active participant on Digg yourself (besides making negative comments). I'll start you off by befriending you myself. - inactive, on 02/07/2008, -0/+6i'll buy it anyway
- ride912, on 02/07/2008, -1/+6HOOTCHIE MAMA!!!
- Viroz, on 02/08/2008, -0/+5"Vende-se barco e motor", something like "Selling boat and engine"
- walkea1, on 02/08/2008, -0/+5wow are we all from Illinois? Awesome
- weezer17, on 02/07/2008, -0/+5***** Illinois! Actually I love it here, but hate the 14 inches of snow I got yesterday.
- inactive, on 02/07/2008, -0/+5It's not HDR. If you click on the photo page, he shows the original photo without all the Photoshop tweaks. Still looks nice regardless.
- homerj1965, on 02/07/2008, -0/+5I swear to god man. Say it to my face.
- brianbb98, on 02/08/2008, -0/+5Buried for being nice.
- starfisch, on 02/07/2008, -1/+6It's because having a screen name means he's not anonymous at all.
- h3lx, on 02/08/2008, -2/+6As long as the content is somewhat worth-a-***** who gives a ***** who submits it. I don't have the luxury of time to devote to trolling through the Flickr pages...
- inactive, on 02/07/2008, -1/+5Donny Baker
- brambley, on 02/07/2008, -0/+4i feel like i saw that same exact photo a few months ago on here. but instead of a boat, it had a dock. and instead of water, it had flames erupting from the ground, sucking mitt romney away from public eye.
- kakihara0513, on 02/07/2008, -0/+4Honestly, I like the original more, but I guess he wanted the needlessly artsy one.
- Asianwaste, on 02/08/2008, -0/+4The only difference is that our ***** weather won't demolish our towns.
- DigiDave, on 02/08/2008, -2/+6You should Digg or not Digg things based on the merit of the content. The reason why MrBabyMan has been so influential on Digg is because he consistently finds good content.
If you really judge people based on their participation to a free site like Digg - you should be giving them the benefit of the doubt. What does it say about you if on a site like Digg you follow somebody who is being a constructive part of the site -- just in the attempt to be destructive. - downneck, on 02/07/2008, -0/+4me too, i can't stand ridiculous, needless digital manipulation of a perfectly good photo
- matrixbandit, on 02/08/2008, -0/+4I run a seemless quad apple cinema display for a total desktop resolution of 5120x3200 spanning 60" diag running from 4 DVI inputs off two video cards, so I'll have to stretch the image out a bit to make it fit, unfortunately.
Nah I'm just ***** with you. - brownspank, on 02/08/2008, -0/+3Now now, two wrongs don't make a right.
- nytejade, on 02/07/2008, -0/+3Actually, he posted the original, and it's not much different.
- thekronz, on 02/07/2008, -0/+3Thanks to Digg, I can't keep a desktop for more than a week!
- camaroz06, on 02/07/2008, -1/+4only on Digg would mediocre photos gets wads of AWESOME comments
- cambob76, on 02/07/2008, -0/+3I don't get it.
- DigiDave, on 02/09/2008, -0/+3I'll friend as well. This way when you submit - I'll know about it and check it out. Just don't start submitting Ron Paul stuff -- I almost never digg that stuff up (you can all mod me down now)
- acampm1, on 02/08/2008, -0/+3Hey, I gave you the original too!
I'm all for giving people a choice... - ChristaMaria, on 02/08/2008, -0/+3Kinda makes me feel sorry for you. I am in Louisiana where it's 70 degress and sunny with a nice soft cool breeze. Ah! Spring is here.
If it makes you feel any better I have been sick with the flu for two weeks now and can't even enjoy it. -
