Big changes in store for crime rate in Memphis, TN

commercialappeal.com — Memphis has set up a Real Time Crime Center in downtown Memphis that monitors the city, and receives incoming crime reports. They can act in real time, to keep the city's crime rate from rising even more, and begin to down. Paired with Operation Blue Crush, I see the light at the end of the tunnel.
