    And who are these people? I'm guessing it's just some random guy who set up a website, is trying to get a lot of hits, and trying to make some money off of advertising, and managed to get it onto Digg.

    I mean, the Amazon is hugely important, and Iguacu Falls is just spectacular. Roaring waterfalls and jungles just seem a lot cooler to me than a mountain, or Loch Ness.
