- vegaton, on 10/12/2007, -0/+24This morning around 4.30am, against her will Camilla was held down on her bed by John while Ash 'turkey-smacked' her with his member. Camilla is quoted as saying 'that's not cool'.
Later in the day they were called to the diary room where they remained for several hours until BB permanantley kicked them out, they will not being recieving any more or prizes for breach of serious rules (sexual-harassment).
The HMs have been watching the Rogue Traders perform in the FNL arena, unaware of the fate of their HMs. Reports say that 2 more intruders will be introduced to get the shows formula back on track. Ash has stated that it was 'unfortunate it had to end this way'.
Rumour has it that Channel 9 is already reporting the story, discussion has been banned on the official website forum and the HMs have been told to no longer discuss the issue. As of this moment their is no known footage of the incident, but there are two vague photos.

Welcome to Digg v3 ? - FcukDt7, on 10/12/2007, -2/+21Because there's an Entertainment category now. Digg is a news site. Big Brother constitutes Entertainment News.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+25you can block entertainment news from digg genius
- Foo667, on 10/12/2007, -6/+23So, just to be clear... rape is where you are forced into sexual intercourse against your will.
If having a ***** slapped against you is what you define as sexual intercourse, I truly feel sorry for the state of your upbringing.
It was sexual assault. - daven1986, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17arrest them ffs, if you did that in the street you'd be arrested.
- KriTenKs, on 10/12/2007, -4/+19So what, someone getting sexually assaulted on mainstream TV isn't important enough for digg? Shouldn't your personal opinion on the show be irrelevant compared to what actually happened on the show?
- bornhj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14It's still sexual assault and it's still illegal.
- InfoAddictOS, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14From : http://forum.behindbigbrother.com/showthread.php?t=12009&page=2
"The latest news I have received through a contact at Channel 10 is that senior management has been having crisis talks with high level SSEndemol producers regarding the future of the program.
It's common knowledge that Channel 10 has been under pressure from the Government Censors (for showing Jamie's semi-erect penis on national television this season in particular) and finally caved in and canned the controversial Adults Only segment last week after discussions with SSEndemol.
Issues such as sudden collapse of funding from major sponsors has also influenced tonight's talks.
The decision was made at 9:30pm to bring down the official site forum to quell the speculation and discussions which were becoming legally sensitive.
The source says that Channel 10 management were close to finalising plans about half an hour ago. The decision was that series will be axed, with the remaining 8 housemates sharing the final $275 000.
Tomorrow's eviction show has been cancelled, being replaced by The Simpsons and a special "Futurama" documentary about the recent resurrection of that series to return in 2008.
A sad day and night indeed for BB fans."
Coool! Futurama doco! - plamoni, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13Does it strike anyone as being overly stupid to commit a crime in a house while on a show called, "big brother"?
I mean, seriously... - gaijintendo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14He was not commenting on the sexual harassment. But someone who sexually assaults someone or even sexually harasses someone is not necessarily a rapist. I certainly am not condoning this behavior by pointing out this difference.
- cantbearsed1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12haha id love to hear you say that after you get slapped in the face with some dudes dick
- giginger, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12You didn't read their comment.
They weren't defending the sexual harassment. They were clarifying the type of assault. This wasn't rape. It was sexual assault. There's a difference. - Darkness123, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Why would you try to do something like this in Big Brother house? You know there are cameras EVERYWHERE.
- aidanm, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11I think they were drunk.
- mks06, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10It's posted under Television, whats the big deal? If you don't wanna deal with this kind of stuff on your front page (I can see how it gets annoying to some people), just click on view Technology only, it's not that hard really.
- InfoAddictOS, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7I thought Digg wasn't only Tech related from now on - I think it was when i checked the little left hand menu.....
- aidanm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7As far as I can tell... Camilla didn't want to talk about it, but Big Brother DID... brought the boys into the diary room. Held them there for a couple of hours (probably working out what to do). The other housemates were meanwhile treated to a concert in their backyard (of all things). Then the others were told that they had been evicted... all were shocked. And now (watching the live streams) everyone is REALLY quiet.
- lcarsdeveloper, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I don't know what to say...I'm so happy :)
I want them to close down Big Brother permanently. I've been complaining about it for the last 6 years. I'm so tired of it.
Futurama is the best thing they could replace it with, I'm overjoyed :D - The_Decryptor, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10Cool, a Futurama documentary!
Oh, and yay, lets hope the show is canned, it sucks. - doc.oliver, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8The problem is larger than that.
It's not really if she got (turkey|tea)/(slapped|bagged), but that it was against her will. It violates that sense of personal security most ppl have gotten accustom to, and that my friend _could_ result in lifelong scaring.
For example. Having your parents going through your stuff and reading your diary violates your right to privacy, and most likely results in you not trusting them in the future, or at least being very wary about what you now put in that diary. Now magnify that a few 1000 times to being held down on a stage while your parents read your most personal thoughts out loud to your whole school, think you'd feel safe keeping a diary after that?
Think she feels safe roughhousing with (male) friends during the next few months? - aidanm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6From your last link:

Weeeirrrd.... oh, and, here is the cover up attempt by news.com.au (AAP):
http://entertainment.news.com.au/story/0,10221,19653180-5000140,00.html - bart5986, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Is there anymore information on this? I thought SOMEONE would have recorded it?
Did Camilla even complain to BB? - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10Turkey smacking? So THAT'S what it's called... *evil grin*
- Quinadal, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7NO HARM???
Are you insane? I bet you think convicted child molestors should have the right to live or work wherever they want, huh? - Groady, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5"The decision was that series will be axed, with the remaining 8 housemates sharing the final $275 000." - I highly doubt that. BB would be a MAJOR revenue earner for ten. They'd certainly not knock it on its head unless higher powers forced them to... maybe they could focus their energies on making The Wedge actually funny.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I didn't think that they Dugg Camilla.
It looks like it's true... http://bigbrother.3mobile.com.au/ - Bioshocker, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5No one is defending anything. They are pointing out your poor grasp over language and the meaning of the words you use. Both rape and sexual assault are abhorrent. But this wasn't rape, it was sexual assault.
- bitcloud, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4we live in such a binary world...
It was actually "some knobber getting his knob out and flapping it about in someones face"
he's a knobber... yeah if i was camilla i'd be pissed... I'd always think about that guy as a knobber and would judge men more harshly as a result... Its a tremendously grey area... they're naked together often in that house, sleep in beds together, and are friendly... he crossed the line (well and truly) but for ***** sake haven't we got anything better to do than declare him one more in a long list of evil sexual criminals (he's a knobber.. i've seen similar ***** from knobbers at parties.. they always wake up and regret it) - lcarsdeveloper, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I guess I'd rather they put their money into something like The Wedge, even though I can't stand that show. It feels like a cross between Kath and Kim, and Little Britain. I didn't find it funny at all, but at least it never runs late, and doesn't run for hours like Big Brother. Or will it:
7:00 - The Wedge Daily Show
7:30 - The Wedge Nightly
8:30 - Supernatural
9:30 - The Wedge Adults Only
10:45 - Late News
11:15 - The Wedge Up Late
They wouldn't do that to us :)
I want another season of Thank God You're Here, but it's coming later on. - *Ica*, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4If a channel breaks the rules here they get heavilly fined and can get their licence to broadcast taken away. Even if they take the show off air, what difference will that make they still broke the rules.
- *Ica*, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I dont really understand Aussie TV rules. They dont seem to have strict rules on what you can and cant show. Here in the UK TV has to be suitable for the family before 9pm (apart from pin protected movie channels), after 9, u can swear as much as u like and show almost anything except hardcore porn and erect members! Thats fine cos it protects the kids in a way but this stuff seems to be going a bit far in Oz.
- bart5986, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5EmileVictor, How do you know? Did you see it?
- EmileVictor, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5We have similar rules to the UK. It's just that shows like Big Brother regularly step over the law when it comes to their after-nine-PM BB programming.
- lachlan334, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Hopefully this means that there won't be another season of Big Brother.
- SnapETom, on 10/12/2007, -6/+8"If you don't hate reality TV, you're not smart."
- Jim Rome - mks06, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yeah, I just read that in the forum (I should really get out more). Totally not going to happen.
- kloof, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2From tonight's [July 2] episode:
Camilla:
"It was just fun."
"We laughed it off."
*** "I was not offended." ***
Mmm... - iSlayer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Bad news for Camilla but good new for us seeing as the show was pathetic and lame to begin with. I hope they dont bring this back next year...
- aidanm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1But on the same forum, someone has different information from Channel 10 sources:
(from Getluv):
""My source denies this, the only crisis talks that were held was the decision regarding what to do to the HMs. It's quite clear Ch 10 will have a big audience tomorrow night, as most newspapers tomorrow could be running front page stories on this, knowledge of Ash and John's eviction has already made headlines on radio and on the news.
Also, ESS, Channel 10 and Legion Interactive would face severe penalties because of all the people who voted this week. ESS and Channel 10 would also face legal advertisers who didn't want the show axed."" - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5@Foo667 Wrong! Try again!
Rape is the penatration the vagina or anus with any object, direct handling of a penis, or placing of a sexual organ in someone's mouth without consent. This includes people with an inability to give consent, such as people under the influence of a substance whose judgement is severly impaired (being passed out for example) and sexual contact with a child (who by law are unable to give sexual consent). - coldfusion1970, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've seen a video and she asked if they were going to "turkey slap" her before she got into the bed with the two guys. She laughed and joked with one of the guys afterwards and looked like she was cuddling up to him.
- coldfusion1970, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I hate reality TV.
Its cheap TV for the masses.
I can go down Oxford street if i want to observe people. - uglymike, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hang on, they haven't broken the rules yet. It has only been broadcast on the Internet. If they showed this incident on TV then it would break the rules and the show will be taken down in a blaze of glory. I am very interested to see how they skip around this issue for the G rated show. For the first time this year I am actually looking forward to seeing the show tonight!
- Lone07, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Check this for the real video
http://digg.com/television/Big_Brother_Australia_Sexual_Assualt_-_The_Real_Uncensored_Video - bitcloud, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1tvhack, you're a member of the mob... trial by the masses.
You'd have taken a pitchfork to the witches in another era.
What gives us the right to judge this more harshly than the millions of other instances that this occur around the world? If camilla wants to press charges, she can... I doubt she would because she's a strong independent woman (which you'd know if you watched the show) but at the end of the day, she and she alone is the one to make that choice.
Perhaps you never see situations like this outside of Law & Order:SVU, but out here in the real world, the line between tom foolery and *sexual assault* is a much finer one. - ViceVirtue, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3Obviously they knew it was wrong if they pinned her down... You are a moron, Azrael... Sounds about right for a member of the church :P
- xice, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1gg big brother ;p
- Strangers, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1^^
That doesn't mean it was right. In past generations vassels swore everything they had for the protection of a local lord.
In Victorian times once a woman was married everything that she owned became her husband's possesion.
Even 15 years ago, apartheid was legal in South Africa.
Just because a past generation did something, doesn't mean it was right. You sir, are a *****. - aidanm, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1more info:
