- richmessenger, on 12/17/2007, -5/+346She probably thought she was being so smart and legal when she did that. Serves her right.
- doctorfungi, on 12/17/2007, -4/+298That made my day. Nothing like seeing a retarded scammer getting their ass handed to them on a plate.
- crackedlogic, on 12/17/2007, -6/+255judge judy is the man.
- Myztry, on 12/17/2007, -7/+239Judge Judy was getting a bit too emotive and personal in this case.
Even so, the world needs more judges willing and able to cut the crap, and get straight to the obvious intention of crime. - RadicalEdward, on 12/17/2007, -4/+221Whether it states "photo only" in the ad is irrelevant, actively and intentionally deceiving someone is a scam. period.
I just love that they paid $467.75 and got 5G for their troubles. (^_^) PWN! - iziizi, on 12/17/2007, -2/+200ebay scammers are ***** lame wankers. really, Judy is right - her kids will come to nothing, she is a waste of tax payers money and she will undoubtedly never change
- humanerror, on 04/03/2008, -6/+161I wasn't going to watch it, but now I am.
Edit: confirmed hot - DocHoliday22, on 12/17/2007, -7/+149That daughter is a hottie...
- AlexPod, on 12/17/2007, -20/+14410 million people watch judge judy? good one...
- rikwakefield, on 12/17/2007, -4/+115Dugg for the youtube search tags including "hot" and "daughter" :-)
- frsrblch, on 12/17/2007, -16/+114Mom's pretty hot too.
- 5xSTUN, on 12/17/2007, -2/+97I can't believe how arrogant and disgusting that horrible blonde woman's attitude is. Look at the smirking, the rolling of her eyes! She thinks it's all a big joke! That's the attitude that scammers and spammers and other abusers of the internet have, that it's all a big joke and no-one can touch them, and ha-ha, I'm making money by screwing people over and you can't do a damn thing about it. Well, we'll see, you scamming little monster, we'll see.
- lintmonkey, on 12/17/2007, -0/+90That fact alone is telling of how Judge Judy really felt. Not many people understand how TV court shows work. There's a $5000 "pot" that award money is given from. The remainder is then split evenly between plaintiff and defendant. For example, if the plaintiff had been awarded $500, half of the remaining $4500 would go to the plaintiff and the other half would go to the defendant. Because Judge Judy awarded $5000 to the plaintiff, the defendant got nothing.

Someone should take her uterus away. - teh_techie, on 12/17/2007, -5/+83Sorry, but you just proved YOU'RE a dumbass for thinking this is legit. You cannot go through great detail, and make someone believe that they're looking at one thing, then hide in the fine print, "This is not REALLY what you're looking at... it's just a picture... hehe". You're as stupid as the chick in this video...
- zaii7, on 12/17/2007, -7/+83mother daughter threesome
/bid - heylookltsme, on 12/17/2007, -1/+77"Judge Judy was getting a bit too emotive and personal in this case."
...have you ever seen Judge Judy before? - nphase, on 12/17/2007, -28/+93It's all just theatrics...
- pax85, on 12/17/2007, -6/+70Guys! This video is soooo NSFW!
I really had a hard time, holding back my laughing in the office! Especially the part with "You're an idiot!" :D - z00k, on 12/17/2007, -1/+64Wasn't even a good picture either..
- roberto_deneero, on 12/17/2007, -1/+63When the INTENT of the seller is fraud, then the court will always find the seller at fault. Intent is the key. It doesn't matter how cleverly she defrauded the buyer, she had the intent on stealing their money via trickery. Judge Judy should have sentenced her to Weight Watchers.
- Raian, on 12/17/2007, -2/+56I bet those pictures would have fetched a decent price on eBay after the Judge Judy appearance.
- Kallius, on 12/17/2007, -2/+55What about the false accusations the defendant posted on Ebay (that the plaintiffs were Nigerian scammers and they received fake money orders)?
I am sick of hearing people defending the "buyer beware" philosophy to the point where it is considered the buyer's fault for getting scammed. A potential contract should not consist of one party having to tiptoe through a minefield, continuously fearful of making a fatal misstep. The same sort of thinking blames the rape victim.
If eBay guidelines make it okay to scam someone by burying the "gotcha" line, then there is something ethically wrong with those guidelines as well. - DamageInc, on 12/17/2007, -12/+64I saw this a while ago when it hit digg the first time, but the only reason I'm watching it again is because the daughter is smokin' hot and the mom is a milf.
- ursername180, on 12/17/2007, -3/+49"She only sent me the pictures of the pictures that appeared on Judge Judy!"
- Wolfboy, on 12/17/2007, -1/+44The scamming seller had nothing to lose by going on Judge Judy.
If you cheat somebody and the Judge Judy TV show picks up your case, they fly you to California for free. Then if (when) you lose and Judy orders you to pay your victim, the show actually makes the payment, not you. Otherwise, how could the show get the bad guys to come on the show?
Now if you are the alleged victim and then lose, all you get is a free trip to California. You only get paid for your loss if you win your case. - inactive, on 12/17/2007, -5/+46Got her on a technicality...
- inactive, on 12/17/2007, -1/+41You must be the cowardly husband, yes?
- kestermatsumoto, on 12/17/2007, -0/+37This video is outrageous
- Timbertron3000, on 12/17/2007, -2/+38Can I buy photos of them on eBay?
- iziizi, on 12/17/2007, -3/+38wow you need to do some research before spouting *****.
- ventralnet, on 12/17/2007, -3/+36Ohh that gave me the chills...
She is lucky she is in civil court and not criminal - nitsnipe, on 12/17/2007, -0/+33It looks like the movie Idiocracy is a lot more realistic than we thought.
- ivosilva, on 12/17/2007, -2/+34And it took 4 comments 'till someone said that... Oh digg, what's happening to you?
- Timbertron3000, on 12/17/2007, -0/+31Do you really doubt there are 10 million lazy, unemployed people sitting at home, instead of working?
(wait... I'm sitting at home... watching this... unemployed... on youtube because I don't have cable. I feel so trashy all of a sudden...) - Matt174e, on 12/17/2007, -5/+35Chuck Norris can leave a comment, watch the video, find her, make sex... and still have time to edit his comment.
- pu-z, on 12/17/2007, -0/+30You only need 60 seconds in the start to verify hotness or notness.
- TripcodeMel, on 12/17/2007, -2/+32Arbitration, to be exact. Ever wonder why they don't say "This is HER court!" anymore?

She's one of the richest people in daytime TV - skywake, on 12/17/2007, -1/+29you'd be surprised... even before the US ratings you have international ratings and now YouTube. :P
- Matt174e, on 12/17/2007, -1/+29They weren't even her pictures... looked like she just got them from google image search.
So she was plagiarizing by selling them in the first place. - theodenking, on 12/17/2007, -1/+28Probably.
- dajuggernaut, on 12/17/2007, -8/+35Score! she's from orlando... im totaly in!!
- Dunhamzzz, on 12/17/2007, -0/+26Care to justify selling a picture of something? It wasn't even a picture, it was print off of part of the ebay page if you look carefully. Its like saying "Buy this advert for £200"
- uberchaoslord, on 12/17/2007, -2/+28Actually I'm pretty sure the producers pickup the tab for any judgements.
