- whiskeymb, on 03/28/2008, -2/+16If you haven't read them before, I highly suggest reading Wil's other episode reviews. Not only does he offer some great insight into the behind the scenes action on ST:TNG (that any TNG fan should enjoy reading about) he's got a great style and good flow with his writing.
- nanded, on 03/28/2008, -2/+15A review is hardly necessary at all, we've all seen all the episodes multiple times. Rather it's an amusing series of sarcasm and snark from a person who was there when it happened. It's like an artist commenting on his own CD, we've already heard it hundreds of times, but we're still interested in what he has to say about it.
- Dumbledorito, on 03/29/2008, -0/+9For the two guys who dugg down Wil's comment that AREN'T chi1thook, please be aware that chi1thook has an odd obsession with reading, then complaining about, any article associated with Wil. You're just facilitating his illness by aiding him in this manner, when you really should be donating to some form of charity dispensing anti-psychotic meds to internet derelicts or something.
- davidpeele, on 03/29/2008, -0/+8um... not necessarily;

That being said, if you are of a certain age and grew up watching Wil grow up on TNG, then reading his thoughts of the show is very funny and entertaining...
It has been said before, but if there was a DVD set with his commentary I would buy it.
Hey Wil, how about a podcast of your "reviews" like the ones done for Battlestar? - Dumbledorito, on 03/29/2008, -0/+7It is? Was there some legislation I missed, or is this some technical thing that causes DvDs to explode if an actor DARES to comment on it?
- wilwheaton, on 03/29/2008, -5/+12Seriously. Get. A. Life.
- PaulLev, on 03/29/2008, -2/+7The reviews are great ... anyone who says otherwise is either (a) someone who never saw any of Star Trek: TNG, (b) a jealous loser, or (c) both of the previous...
- tetujin, on 03/29/2008, -3/+8you obviously cared enough to say something negative. welcome to the internet, here's your asshat.
- Dumbledorito, on 03/29/2008, -0/+5One thing that bugged me about "Angel One," the planet, was how many times the show re-used the matte painting of the city in other episodes of Star Trek (all the way up through the even more god-awful Voyager). Thanks to the internet, a simple Google search brought up a listing of where Angel One's architects had construction projects throughout the galaxy:

I always thought it would have been cool to integrate the "Traveler" and Wes into at least one of the STNG movies. I thought that twist in the series was cool. It would have been best in Nemesis I think.
Will, you should have pushed for this! You're character was the poster boy for kids everywhere who were smarter than most of the adults they were around. It would have been nice to see you in action again.
End Nerd Rant. - corkdorkdan, on 03/29/2008, -0/+4There are some gems in the first season, but most of them are pretty cringeworthy like this one. If I come across TNG while flipping channels, I usually check the uniforms to make sure we're at S3 or later.
- davidpeele, on 03/29/2008, -2/+5"Data tells her that he's a robot who's just anatomically male, and Troi and Tasha share a knowing look."
Thanx Wil, that's some funny stuff right there.... - firewind, on 03/29/2008, -3/+5It is necessary because it's WIL FREAKING WHEATON. Also, they are extremely funny.
- kimoftheworld, on 04/15/2009, -0/+1This one's a classic... really.
http://readingspeedcourse.com/ - taylorblue, on 06/14/2008, -0/+1My brother was actually named after Wil Wheaton's character on Star Trek: TNG... His name is Wesley. :) So don't tell anyone that I thought this was cool...Shhhhh... :)
- fr0ng, on 03/29/2008, -2/+2crack. it makes you type out weird stories.
- chi1thook, on 03/29/2008, -6/+1That's for the producer, director or writer
- smacksaw, on 03/29/2008, -11/+4Digg=Not FARK.com, don't care. Buried for the symbolism of it, but hopefully in the future Diggers will keep FARK crap off of Digg.
- EvilAnimator, on 03/29/2008, -13/+5Who cares about Wil Wheaton?
- chi1thook, on 03/28/2008, -13/+3Why is bad review of a bad star trek episode necessary

What is Digg?
