Trailer Park Boys write, star in new series

cbc.ca — Mike Smith, Robb Wells and J.P. Tremblay are returning to TV screens in 2010, but not as the Trailer Park Boys. Instead, they'll be starring in the new Showcase series The Drunk and On Drugs Happy Funtime Hour, described as a mix of narrative and sketch comedy.

    For an idea, in 02 on tour when they were playing La Villa Strangiato, he'd cut out and go off on stream of consciousness rants. In Minneapolis he explained why Syrian Jazz clubs suck, and the best way to sneak into Lebanese massage parlors.
