- FirstCuts, on 07/15/2009, -11/+31Billy Mays > This Guy.
- AmyVernon, on 07/15/2009, -0/+19True. But Billy Mays wouldn't say, "You're gonna love my nuts," either.
- Joker99352, on 07/15/2009, -2/+19But can you slap a prostitute?
- Cancerkitty, on 07/15/2009, -5/+19Correct, because Milly Mays has never said anything. He was simply incapable of communicating below a certain decibel level.
Thus, he would have screamed "You're gonna love my nuts." - techguru2006, on 07/14/2009, -1/+13cha-cha-chopped!!
- pingpants, on 07/15/2009, -1/+11That's one thing we have to celebrate about this recession. With TV networks hemorrhaging blue-chip advertising clients, brands like Snuggie, Slap Chop and OxiClean can buy up beachfront property at trailer park prices. Too bad Billy is no longer around to enjoy the view.
- inactive, on 07/15/2009, -1/+11Hilarious. Since when did it become a difficulty to actually use a knife...i know scary!
- daschupa, on 07/15/2009, -1/+11I would buy ten of anything they're selling if the infomercials were like the TF2 scout version:

Eat a salad ya dumb bib wearin' dope. - MathieuB, on 07/15/2009, -1/+11You mean: "YOU'RE GONNA LOVE MY NUTS!!!"
- Bekey, on 07/15/2009, -1/+10Stop having a boring tuna, stop having a boring life.
- DarthVolta, on 07/15/2009, -1/+8Has anyone seen the Magic Bullet infomercial? It's absolutely ridiculous, and yet my wife and I couldn't stop watching it. It has all the great sitcom stereotypes in it.
- BigVi, on 07/15/2009, -1/+8Did you not hear the man? You can slap your troubles away.
- Scrappy1850, on 07/15/2009, -1/+8i love it when they try to use other equipment and they immediatly turn brain dead.
- Xproject01, on 07/15/2009, -1/+6yer gonna stop having a boring life.
yer gonna start eating breakfast again - mywhitenoise, on 07/15/2009, -0/+5The first time I saw that I thought my cable set was ***** up. Then I thought it had to be joke (because of the "you're gonna love my nuts" line being repeated over and over) made by the Network it was airing on. To my surprise they actually gave ordering information after the video.
- inactive, on 07/15/2009, -5/+9Billy Mays Dead > This beats prostitutes.
- centran, on 07/15/2009, -1/+5This is a pretty funny case of legality. While DJ Steve Porter has every right to use the Sham Wow commercial under fair use/parody it doesn't work the other way around. Sham Wow can't take DJ Steve Porters work. They have to compensate him.
Also, he has done a couple others. He even remixes Vince's other product the Zorbeez.
I find the Henry Rollins vs. Techno Vicking one pretty damn funny.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jf13MmZIcLs&fea ... - AndySavage, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3And instantly cues a black and white nightmare of frustration
- spish, on 07/15/2009, -1/+4Dugg for use of Breakin' scene.
- kibiz0r, on 07/15/2009, -2/+5Milly Mays???
- bamatime, on 07/15/2009, -2/+5ok, i admit.... i love his nuts.
- s4g4n, on 07/15/2009, -1/+4I like the part where they randomly shout martini bikini.
- inactive, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3You're missing the point. It's not that using a knife is difficult, it's just time consuming. I'm not saying this device would be all that useful to me, but I do understand that he's pitching it as a time saver.
- cowman80i9, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3I put this on my ipod in May. I can recite most of it and the beat randomly comes up in my head all the time.
Hey its Vince with slap chop
You're gonna be in a great mood all day
You're gonna slap all your troubles away with slap chop, slap all your troubles away with slap chop
You hate make salad, you know you hate make salad
We don't get enough salad in our diet
One slap here it is, 4 5 seconds it done
Guys we're gonna make america skinny again, one slap at a time. - AmyVernon, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3I had the same reaction. Brilliant!!!
- Boracho, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3You know you hate making salad!
- hakkola, on 07/15/2009, -0/+3I actually did a presentation on Viral advertising and talked about user created content etcetera a few weeks ago. One of the ads I focused on was this remixed version, and now it's going to be used by advertisers, pretty cool, hope my prof sees this.
- cfuse, on 07/16/2009, -0/+2Judging by the mugshots, not without getting your ass handed to you.
- 1337McJenkins, on 07/15/2009, -1/+3The skin comes right off -the skin comes right off -the skin comes right off.
- bigteebo, on 07/15/2009, -1/+3One of the newer scout taunts does do homage to the Shamwow guy. Something like "I'll throw the second one in for free!"
- UselessTrivia, on 07/15/2009, -2/+4I've never tried a Zorbeez, but the Sham-Wow was a complete ***** ripoff. Even using it slightly damp like they recommend on the box, and using the absorbent side, it still doesn't work any better than a doubled-up paper towel.
- ganymede2010, on 07/15/2009, -0/+2This is a brilliant move by the company's part. I never listened to the entire slap chop commercial until I saw this remixed version.
- Bitties, on 07/15/2009, -2/+3Vince Offer is selling selling stuff in prison!

- freeforall079, on 07/15/2009, -0/+1Then this is for you.
Rap Chop [Nutmix]
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjFT_5v2wxY - cfuse, on 07/16/2009, -0/+1That's because there's no point stating something that fundamentally obvious.
- MasterQ, on 07/15/2009, -0/+1needs more picard...
- MindTrigger, on 07/15/2009, -0/+1I have one of these things purchased from a dept store and it does come in handy when you need to chop a lot of veggies, and aren't concerned about aesthetics (good looking chopped veggies). It can save you a ton of time in the kitchen while preparing large meals. I have a good food processor, but they tend to chop your stuff too fast and starting heading in the direction of liquefaction if you aren't careful. The hand chopper I have allows better control over the size of the cut.
- SpeedStix, on 07/15/2009, -1/+2It's funny because Vince actually slaps his troubles away...Ask the prostitute he was with.
- AndySavage, on 07/15/2009, -0/+1Holy ***** Rollins looks like Sean Hannity.
(and his bitching is almost as grating and shallow) - bigteebo, on 07/15/2009, -2/+2I take it the "magic bullet" is not a marital(sp?) aid?
- DevilInPgh, on 07/15/2009, -2/+2Pittsburgh station WDVE introduces Vince's newest product, the Slut Chop: http://tr.im/st0Y
- inactive, on 07/15/2009, -3/+3Billy actually didn't like Vince, because Vince's ShamWow! ultra-absorbant towel was a driect ripoff of Billy's Zorbeez. From Vince Offer's Wikipedia page:
Pitchman Billy Mays had been promoting a similar product called Zorbeez two years prior to Vince Offer's ShamWow! product. Mays noted that the ShamWow! commercials use many of the same product demonstrations as the earlier-produced Zorbeez commercial. In February 2009 while on the Adam Corolla radio show, Billy Mays publicly challenged Offer to a "pitch off" between their respective absorbent towel products.[11] Popular Mechanics actually did compare the absorbency of two towel products and declared ShamWow! the clear winner.[12] This result had been hotly contested by Billy Mays before his death, and was a major part of the season finale of the Discovery Channel show PitchMen. During the finale episode, it was suggested that the Popular Mechanics tester did not use the Zorbeez correctly, possibly with the wrong side. -
