1) Family Matters is an AWESOME show. It taught me, among other things, that being a nerd is totally sweet and I should really plan a trip to Disney World at some point.
2) Perfect Strangers? That show prepared me to have a roommate in college.
3) Small Wonder? COME ON! I'm still trying to ***** an underage robot because of that series.
Okay, I guess these sitcoms are actually pretty bad. - Barman, on 06/10/2008, -8/+306You did not just diss Family Matters and Perfect Strangers.
- nakedpug, on 06/09/2008, -5/+217Man, I used to LOVE Family Matters. Like in a sacred way. Guess that doesn't mean it was good, tho...
- ChristBehemoth, on 06/10/2008, -2/+152You forgot That 80s Show
- navster15, on 06/10/2008, -3/+141How the ***** did "The War at Home" not qualify on that list? Fox cancels "Arrested Development", inarguably one of the greatest sitcoms of all time, and replaces it with this "According to Jim"-level dreck.
- EricSancho, on 06/10/2008, -28/+159Everybody loves Raymond is annoying and isn't funny.
- darkchild82, on 06/10/2008, -3/+117'Small Wonder', 'Perfect Strangers', 'Charles in Charge' & 'Family Matters' were all watchable for its time. I may not find them all that funny now but I thoroughly enjoyed all of them as a kid.
The only thing I hated about 80's sitcoms were, for eg: in 'Full House', every episode would have an "emotional" part at the end where they would sit and talk things over/console each other and the audience would go "Awwwwwwww...". Man, I used cringe EVERYtime that happened!
Thing I loved about 80's sitcoms? The theme songs. 'Perfect Strangers' is my favourite!
P.S: 2. 'Homeboys in Outer Space' (1996-1997) - WTF! ... and yeah, even I'm surprised 'Yes, Dear' lasted that long! - webkami, on 06/10/2008, -8/+112Save your browsers from that page......see the list here.

- inactive, on 06/10/2008, -1/+78TGIF mutha *****
- inactive, on 06/10/2008, -0/+75I don't know why it's there. That show, at one point, was the highest rated television show in America. It wasn't brilliant but everybody that was on that show is now stinking rich. Especially the guy who played Urkel.
A few others are the same. Like Webster. That was really popular. Perfect Strangers also. - fluidfoundation, on 06/10/2008, -0/+72Compared to Cavemen, they were ***** Shakespeare.
- Vannnation, on 06/10/2008, -2/+72They are SO wrong with this list. Buried for being a crap website. PERFECT STRANGERS OWNS.

- zunipus, on 06/10/2008, -1/+28How To Create A Stinking S*itcom:
Have actors read words in front of cameras, then ADD A LAUGH TRACK.
Nothing destroys humor like a laugh track. It allows viewers to easily choose what to watch on TV. It's got a laugh track? Next channel!
:-Q**************** - fluidfoundation, on 06/10/2008, -1/+28+1 agility for using the word Dreck.
- dlm85, on 06/10/2008, -2/+28I only watched it for Saci Keanan and Suzzane Summers, the ultimate MILF.

- inactive, on 06/10/2008, -1/+24Never saw the show, but I remember the incessant commercial where the guy brings in an early model cell phone with the carrying case and tells his friends, "It's a portable phone!". *Cue laugh track*
- CeeJayDK, on 06/10/2008, -6/+29I love Friends.
